The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome right away. The location was perfect, close enough to walk to the ski lift and city centre but far enough away for peacefulness and privacy. The breakfast buffet had a good variety and offered eggs made to order. I particularly enjoyed the safe underground parking facility, adding an extra layer of security and convenience.
While the breakfast buffet had a lot of options, some people may find the choices too limited.

Private parking on site was provided. We went to see Conca Verde and Skiarea Campiglio nearby. Location, an easy walk to all attractions. Perfect for vacation: )

The food offered was quite nice with a good variety of dishes that were well prepared. The location of the hotel was also decent, as it was close to the ski lift and the town center, making it easy to get around. One of the best aspects of the stay was the friendliness of the staff, who were always ready to help and made us feel very welcome.
Our stay was not without its issues. One of the worst aspects was that our room was not cleaned regularly, which was quite frustrating as we were hoping for a more comfortable stay.
